Yes, you may have your own playlist. You can email us a list and we can pull the music up on our music database and design a playlist specifically for you. Any rare music would need to be provided to us by thumb drive.
Our private events are held on non-session times. We typically recommend Friday 10:30PM – 12:30AM, Saturday 10:30PM – 12:30AM or Sunday 5:30PM – 7:30PM.
We do not cancel public sessions for any reason.
Yes, for Private $700 Birthday Party only, during non-public skating times, you may bring in food, drinks and cake. The only thing you can’t bring in is Alcoholic Beverages. Due to laws and regulations we can not have outside alcohol, but we do have a license for beer and wine so you may purchase beer and wine at our facility if needed. Again, this is for the $700 Private Party which is during times we are not open to the public.

We offer 1 free skate mate with your party. If additional skate mates are needed, there is a $5.00 charge per skate mate.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the party.
No. The unlimited soda is only available during your 45 minute time slot in the party room.
No. Your party room reservation time is a 45 minute time slot during your party. The party room reservation time is set an hour after your scheduled arrival time. This allows your guests ample time to get to our facility and not miss out on their pizza, unlimited soda, and cake (if applicable)!
Yes. Upon arrival, please let our staff know that you have a party scheduled and would like to skate some before your scheduled arrival time. Please remember your party room time, as you will not be able to access the party room until that time.
Yes. We would like to have the guest list emailed back to us prior to the party, Monday-Friday before noon. You may also arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled arrival time with your completed guest list. This will avoid any confusion if some of your guests arrive prior to you and guest of honor. Your guest count only goes against guests who arrive and check in, so just put whoever you invited on the guest list.
Unless it is a private party, you may only bring cake and individual cups of ice cream (no tubs please).
Yes, but only for that individual guest.
Yes, the guest of honor is considered one of the guests.
If the guest is eating and drinking what is provided for the party, or participating in any of the activities then they are considered guests. If they are a parent of the party guest spectating and buying food outside the party then there is no charge.
No, we do not provide cake. That is something you’ll need to bring in separate.
No, if there is still session and you want to stay longer in the facility, please be our guest. However in regards to the party room, it must be cleared to allow for the next party and time for our party host to clean up.
We will allow rescheduling up to 24 hours prior to the party.
No, the deposit is not refundable.
The birthday party packages come with 45 minutes in the party room. You will not be able to enter the party room until your scheduled time. We typically host parties back to back and need 15 minutes between parties to clean up and prepare for the next group of guests. If you have a particular tablecloth you’d like us to use or paper goods (plate, napkins, cups, utensils), please give them to us a day prior to your event so we can have the party room ready upon your arrival. Only the Ultimate Party and Ultimate Glow Party packages include goodie bags for your guests. The goodie bags include toys, and more.
There are 2 free admissions for 2 parents/guardians.
We ask that all other personal items or oversized presents be kept with you or placed in one of our lockers. A locker will be provided during the duration of your party. Please let us know if more lockers are needed. Depending on availability, we may be able to provide additional lockers.
