When you book a school fundraiser with us, you have the option of a PRIVATE and PUBLIC fundraiser.

PRIVATE

Private Party School Fundraisers allows only school members and relatives, unless requested otherwise. This allows for more control on what music, games and activities are being done by the party sponsors. So if you wanted that group picture, we could easily have everyone stand out on the floor for a snapshot to remember. Availability is as fellow:

Tuesday 6:30-8:30PM | Sunday 5:30-7:30PM

PUBLIC

Public Fundraisers is ran in parallel with the public, in which refer to as a Spirit Night. This allows for an extra hour of skating and helps create a more lively atmosphere. If you feel that you aren’t going to have a large turnout but want to test the waters, then we recommend doing PUBLIC time. Availability is as fellow:

Monday 6-9PM | Wednesday 6-9PM

This is the most important part of your success. PROMOTE! PROMOTE! PROMOTE!

WE PROVIDE THE MATERIALS

We’ll deliver you two 24″ x 36″ posters which you can hang up in your school. Also we’ll send you double side postcards for all your students with English and Spanish translation. Not to mention stickers for all your students.

We’ll promote on our website and social media outlets. Let us know what tags you want us to use for our social media blasts to help increase the events exposure. Also feel free to share the post on your social media.

Now to get paid for Private Events you need to have 4 events, and each event must have 50 paid admissions. So if you did the promotions well, then you’ll have no problem reaching the quota of 50 paid admissions.

NOW IT’S TIME TO GET THAT $1000!!!!

If you had a public event (spirit night) we’ll mail you a check within 2 weeks from the event for $5 for each admission you had.
